Why is my CO return not calculating the correct Social Security income exclusion for taxpayers over the age of 65?

Some TurboTax Online/Desktop customers may be experiencing an issue/error when completing the following tasks in product: The CO state return is showing on-screen that a limitation is being applied to the subtraction of taxable Social Security income for taxpayers over 65 when the limitation isn't actually being applied.
