Can I pay for TurboTax with my state refund?
by TurboTax•67• Updated 3 weeks ago
If eligible, your TurboTax fees can be deducted from your federal or state (if applicable) refund (whichever comes in first, and is large enough to cover your total fees). Not all filers are eligible at this time to have their TurboTax fees deducted from their state refund.
To be eligible to use Pay With My Refund, your federal refund must be enough to cover your TurboTax fees. This means you won't be able to use Pay With My Refund as a payment method if you don't have a federal refund or if your federal refund isn't enough to cover your TurboTax fees plus any applicable fees associated with using Pay With My Refund.
Note: There may or may not be a charge for Pay With My Refund, depending on your situation and which add-ons you choose.
