No, you don't need to enter Form 5498-SA into TurboTax.
The 5498-SA reports contributions to:
- Health Savings Accounts (HSA)
- Archer Medical Savings Accounts (MSA)
- Medicare Advantage Medical Savings Accounts
If you contributed to one of these accounts separate from company contributions, follow these steps for TurboTax Online/Mobile:
- Go to the Tell us about the health-related accounts you had in 2024 screen.
- Select your type of account(s), select Continue, and proceed to answer the questions that follow, which are based on your situation.
