How do I fix captcha issues?

Some TurboTax customers are experiencing issues when entering the captcha to e-file their taxes.
Follow these steps to fix this issue:
- Disconnect from any virtual private network (VPN) connections you may be using. This alone may fix the issue.
- Sign out of TurboTax.
- Clear your cache to remove any problematic temporary files.
- Close your browser.
- Reopen your browser and allow cookies.
- Sign in to TurboTax and try to e-file again.
If the captcha still doesn't work, try e-filing in an incognito/private browser or an entirely different internet browser (like Safari, Google Chrome, or Firefox).
You can always choose to print and mail your return too.
