What should I do if I haven't received my Credit Karma Visa® Debit Card before receiving my Refund Advance?

You can still access your Refund Advance even if your Credit Karma Visa® Debit Card hasn’t arrived yet by using a digital card through the Credit Karma mobile app.

How to receive a physical Credit Karma Visa® Debit Card

  1. Make sure you e-filed your return with TurboTax and selected Refund Advance as your refund method. Doing this starts your  application for a Credit Karma Spend account, which comes with a physical Credit Karma Visa® Debit Card.
  2. Check for an email from our partners at Credit Karma letting you know if your Credit Karma Money Spend account was approved.
  3. Expect to receive your Credit Karma Visa® Debit Card in the mail between 7 and 14 days after opening your account.

What if I haven’t received my card after 14 days?

A common reason you may not receive your card is that it was sent to the wrong address. If it’s been longer than 14 days, visit the Credit Karma Help Center or the Credit Karma mobile app to request a new debit card.

There, you can change your address to the correct address, and request a new card. Please note that the new card will take an additional 7-14 days. However, as mentioned previously, you can start using your funds immediately by creating a Credit Karma virtual card and adding it to your digital wallet.
