What should I do if I haven't received my Credit Karma Visa® Debit Card with my Refund Advance?

First, sign in to TurboTax to make sure that you e-filed your return.

If you have, you should have an email from our partners at Credit Karma letting you know if your Credit Karma Money Spend account was approved.

It usually takes 7-14 days from your account opening before you receive your Credit Karma Visa® Debit Card in the mail. Even if you haven’t received your physical card in the mail, you can still access your Refund Advance through the Credit Karma mobile app using a digital card. A common reason you may not receive your card is that it was sent to the wrong address. If it’s been longer than 14 days, visit the Credit Karma Help Center or call us toll-free at 833-588-0232. We can confirm the address we have on file for you, assist with updating your address, or help you order a new card.
