If you don’t recognize a charge from Intuit on your credit card or bank statement, not to worry! With the following methods, you can use the description, amount, or date of charge to look up what it’s for.

How do I use the charge lookup tool

By using the description, amount, or date of charge, you can look up a charge that occurred on or after February 1, 2020. For charges before February 1, 2020, use Option 2.

How can I check charges from your Intuit account?

  • From the menu, select Intuit Account and then select Products & billing. You’ll see all of your active subscriptions here.

What should I do if neither of these options help me figure out why I was charged?

If these options don’t help, contact us and we’ll help figure it out.
