by TurboTax• Updated 8 months ago
If you don’t recognize a charge from Intuit on your credit card or bank statement, not to worry! With the following methods, you can use the description, amount, or date of charge to look up what it’s for.
Option 1: Use the charge lookup tool
By using the description, amount, or date of charge, you can look up a charge that occurred on or after February 1, 2020. For charges before February 1, 2020, use Option 2.
Option 2: Check your Intuit Account
- Sign in to your account.
- From the menu, select Intuit Account and then select Products & billing. You’ll see all of your active subscriptions here.
If the preceding options don’t help, contact us and we’ll help figure it out.
