Can I get a replacement for my TurboTax CD?

Yes. If your 2015 TurboTax CD arrives in a damaged or defective condition, mail it within 60 days of receipt (or within 60 days of purchase, if you bought it from a retailer) to:

Intuit Inc.
Attn: Returns Department

PO Box 580926 (for shipments, use Door 20, 11500 80th Ave instead)
Pleasant Prairie, WI 53158

Also include a dated receipt or packing slip. Once we receive your CD, we'll mail a replacement to your address on file.

Tip: If you bought your CD from a retailer, you might try asking them for an exchange first. If they refuse, you can then follow the process above. This won't affect your rights under our TurboTax Satisfaction Guarantee.

To get a replacement for TurboTax 2012–2014 software, contact us for a downloadable copy. If you don't already have a download account with us, you'll need to set one up.

We no longer provide replacements for TurboTax 2011 or earlier software.
