How do I get a replacement for a lost or damaged TurboTax CD?
If your newly-purchased 2017 TurboTax CD is damaged or defective, mail it within 60 days of receipt to:

Include a dated receipt or packing slip. Once we receive your CD, we'll mail a replacement to your address on file.
Retail purchases: See if your retailer is willing to exchange your CD. If they refuse, send it to the above address within 60 days of purchase, along with a dated receipt. This won't affect your rights under our TurboTax Satisfaction Guarantee.
To get a replacement CD for TurboTax 2016–2014 software (or 2017 software beyond the 60-day replacement window), contact us for a downloadable copy. If you don't already have a download account with us, you'll need to set one up.
We no longer provide replacements for TurboTax 2013 or earlier software.
