Damaged or Defective 2013 TurboTax CDs
If you purchased your CD directly from us, please mail your damaged/defective CD within 60 days of purchase, along with a dated receipt or packing slip, to:

We'll then mail a replacement CD to your address on file.
On the other hand, if you bought your TurboTax CD elsewhere (e.g., Walmart, Costco, Sam's Club, Amazon, etc.), please contact your retailer for an exchange.
If your retailer is unable or unwilling to replace your CD, please mail it to the address above (along with a receipt dated within 60 days of purchase) and we'll send you a replacement. This won't affect your rights under our TurboTax Satisfaction Guarantee.
2009 – 2012 TurboTax CDs
For lost, damaged, scratched, broken, etc. TurboTax 2009–2012 software, contact us for a downloadable copy of the software. You'll need to set up a download account, if you don't already have an account with us.
