Wrong product

Years ago, I used the CD version of turbotax, but I no longer have a computer with a CD player.

I have tried for several years to change my order with no success. In fact, just received the 2023 CD yesterday.

Can you please stop?

The downloadable Deluxe 2023 is all I need

Thank you.now.

If this cannot be done, please cancel my subscription and issue a refund.

If you ordered a CD, you can also get a download version after you receive your CD in the mail. Follow the instructions included with the packaging to access the download.

Call TurboTax support and find out what is going on.  Many people have multiple Advantage accounts and cancel on one but still have another active so keep getting CD's.  They can get to the bottom of it and refund any money due tceo you.  No one on this forum can see your Advantage account, cancel or issue you a refund.
