worksheet does not allow to change all the categories, only some.
some are gonna stay the same, unchangeable.
not really sure where TT draws the line,is it income or expenses, or both?
so if one believes that income and or expenses will change, not every category can be changed.
if someone knows about this better, please give me some guidance for what should be a good TT tool.

Yes please explain more. What categories? Are you asking about Schedule C expenses? Are you using Online or the Desktop installed program? Can't quite figure out what you're talking about.

sorry I meant the "what -if" worksheet at bottom of TT Deluxe.
trying to plan on income/expenses for 2023.
has 4 columns ,and can change to 2023 tax rates, but I can only seem to change certain income and expense
categories.i dont know if one category is related to another.I would be filing MFJ in all columns.
Looking to get the lowest Total Tax amount on line 62 in the Smart Worksheet section.
any advice appreciated.

I am using the Desktop installed program TT Deluxe 2022.
Either income and or expenses categories seem to be able to change, but apparently not all lines?

trying to reopen my 2022 TT Desktop that is installed on my computer.
I installed it as a download from TT
have not used it for months, now it asks for my "license code" before it will open.
not sure where that would be, months later.
any help or advice to get this to open.
