Won at the casino

In 23 I approximately 109,000 but my win loss report only says I lost 13,000 can I use a win-loss report to offset the difference

If you are referring to 2023, the winnings need to be reported on a 2023 tax return.

To complete and file a 2023 tax return using TurboTax you would need to purchase, download and install on a personal computer one of the 2023 desktop editions from this website - https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/past-years-products/

A 2023 tax return can only be printed and mailed, it cannot be e-filed using TurboTax.

Gambling losses can only be deducted up to the amount of the gambling winnings.
Gambling winnings are reported on Form 1040 Schedule 1 on Line 8b. The amount from Part I of Schedule 1 Line 10 flows to Form 1040 Line 8.
Gambling Losses are reported on Form 1040 Schedule A as a Other Itemized Deductions. Gambling losses are not a one-for-one reduction in winnings. Your total itemized deductions reported on Form 1040 Schedule A must be greater than the standard deduction for your filing status to have any tax benefit.

Okay I live in North Carolina but I won at  the casino in Virginia do I need to file two separate state returns for that?

No, only the NC return is needed to be filed.
