There is a bug when deleting an Institution Name, it breaks the return as the Wizard continues to prompt to ask if account number needs to be changed.
Have you tried clearing your cache and refreshing? This may help. Assistance with doing so has been provided by clicking here.
This site asked which version I was using, thus the reason why I didn't specify that I was using the download and install version. Please make a big button so everybody can clearly see that people using the browser or the installed version.

I scroll to TurboTax CD/Download Software and expand it and the directions state:
1. Go to out Contact us page
2. Select your product and edition, ask your question, then select Continue
However when I click on the Contact us page, there is not a selection available for a product and edition nor a ask your question nor a continue button; the page shows:
