Wizard is broken when deleting an Institution Name

There is a bug when deleting an Institution Name, it breaks the return as the Wizard continues to prompt to ask if account number needs to be changed.


Navigate to Federal Taxes
Wages amp; Income
Investment Income
Stocks, Mutual Funds, Bonds, Other
click Update
enter (two) Institution Name's but without Account Numbers
navigate back to the Here's all the investment accounts we have so far page
click the Delete button on one of the investment accounts
click Edit button on the only one Institution Name
enter the Account Number then click Continue
the screen is asking to Confirm Account number on the deleted account, click Continue button

Actual results:
The system is stuck at Confirm your financial institution info
because it is asking to confirm the Account Number on the deleted Institution Name
clicking on the Continue button does not advance to the next screen.

Saving the return, then restarting TurboTax does not work.
Checking the I need to change the name or account number, entering the name and number then clicking Continue will refresh the page with blank information, does not help, still broken.

Have you tried clearing your cache and refreshing? This may help. Assistance with doing so has been provided by clicking here.

This site asked which version I was using, thus the reason why I didn't specify that I was using the download and install version. Please make a big button so everybody can clearly see that people using the browser or the installed version.

Thank you for your reply, however it is  confusing.
The link brings you to a page that says: What is the TurboTax phone number?
I scroll to TurboTax CD/Download Software and expand it and the directions state:

1. Go to out Contact us page

2. Select your product and edition, ask your question, then select Continue

 

However when I click on the Contact us page, there is not a selection available for a product and edition nor a ask your question nor a continue button; the page shows:
