Withdrawal

I set up IRS withdrawal from my account on 03/29/2021, after 4 days IRS did not take the money from my account yet. Usually IRS take money right away.Does anyone knows why ?

Check the date and account number settings in your Federal Electronic Filing Isntructions....in the PDF you saved to your computer when you e-filed  (2019 example show...2020 is similar):

I did check bank info and  the date for withdrawal are correct.

Give them a full week.....you can always use the IRS Direct Pay website sometime before 17 May.

 

Annnnd.....if you are a BofA customer...in past years, "some" of their accounts required a separate routing number to do a D.Debit.....not the routing number showing on their checks.  But I don't know if that is still the case, or which accounts that affected.
