Will never use turbotax again. Getting support is impossible! Trying to file a different return and it is impossible.

I have used turbotax for years and never had a problem filing more than one return until this year. Getting support is impossible! Will never use it again, nor will I recommend it to anyone.

If you are preparing 2 separate returns for different people, you need to use separate accounts. Each online account only allows for one federal return per account.
