Will Form 4852 be available soon or when will it be ready?

The Form 4852 will not be available until February 25 and it will only for paper-file.  TurboTax does not support the e-filing anymore.

Form 4852 serves as a substitute for Form W-2, Form W-2c, and Form 1099-R, and is completed by taxpayers or their representatives when:

• Their employer or payer does not give them a Form W-2 or Form 1099-R.
• An employer or payer has issued an incorrect Form W-2 or Form 1099-R.

The form is now available but not in TurboTax. I don't even know if Ttax has any intention of adding this form.

I understand that you can not efile this form and it has to be paper filed. It won't let me paper file without the latest form.

But where is the form? Its holding up filing the return.

Ttax support has been very poor this year. What's the point of buying Premier version if one little form hold up the return?

Very disappointed with Ttax this year.

I did the update today and the error for form 4852 disappeared. Looks like I can even exile my return with 4852 included. Earlier discussions mentioned that return has to be printed and paper filed if it had form 4852. But looks like that is no longer true and I can Emile my return.

I meant efile but the auto correct changed the word exile and Emile.

Hi, I am having the same issue. May I ask if you used TT on line or purchased the software. I purchased the CD. Hopefully it updated.
