Why NC State eFile is not available?

Tried to eFile my NC state Tax for 2022 but I got an error that eFile is not available.

The North Carolina Department of Revenue has announced that they expect to start accepting e-filed tax returns on February 3. See the following press release on the NCDOR web site.
