I have been a loyal TurboTax user for many years. This year's program is a major disappointment. I finished my entries for my federal and state filings. The program told me that it was ready to check my state form, but it needed to run an update first. After the update my tax owed to the IRS jumped by $300 and to the state by $600. What have you done with this program that has worked so well for so long? I don't understand how a simple update could change the tax owed.
