why is my finish and file area not loading

If your finish and file area of TurboTax is not loading, you can try some of the steps listed below to correct this.

 

You can try:

  • Logging out and back in to force a refresh
  • Clearing your browser's cache and cookies. Click here for How to clear your cache. Click here for How do I delete cookies?
  • Try using a different Web browser
  • Make sure your internet connection is strong
