Why is it telling me to mail my return despite the e-file being accepted?

I am a non-resident for the state of LA. My e-file has already been accepted, and I am set to get a refund for them. However, looking at my return, I see this message box saying:
"All four (4) pages of this return
MUST be mailed in together along
with your W-2s and completed
schedules. Please paperclip."

Does this mean I still have to mail in my return to their department despite my e-file being accepted?

No if you efiled you do not have to mail the return in.  The paper copy is what the same if you did not efile.  If you want to check the status of the return, go to Check My Refund Status.
