Why is Credit Karma having a problem verifying my information?

This is related to your email. These steps should fix the problem.

  1. Unlink the Turbo Tax account from the Credit Karma Website
  2. Go to Turbo Tax and update email to the same address as Credit Karma
  3. sign out and in of the Turbo Tax
  4. Finish filing
