Why I have no tranmit button to file

This may be the cause of cookies. Please see the following FAQ regarding cookies.

If after completing the steps in the above FAQ, you do not see the option to e-file your return or you are unable to select the option to e-file, you may not be able to e-file your return and would need to print and mail your return to the IRS.
