Why does Intuit keep sending deceptive spam emails?

Why does Intuit keep sending deceptive emails that use deceptive language, like "(Please Sign in to Your Account) Open This Email for Information on IRS Processing", when the info is nothing more than "the IRS is accepting refunds".

Or, "Let's finish up", when I haven't started a tax return?

Or, "Your Refund Is Waiting", when I haven't even started my taxes yet?

The subject lines are clickbait lies. This, plus the class action lawsuit really makes me want to stop using TurboTax after using it my entire adult life.

The marketing email copy is still disingenuous, manipulative clickbait.

The link you posted, while helpful, requires that I enter my entire set of personal information. However, I notice that the second I log into the main website, I am funneled automatically into starting a tax return I didn't choose to start.

It would show more respect to customers if Intuit made it as easy to unsubscribe from marketing emails as it were to give them more money.
