Why do I keep getting the same error when trying to submit my taxes.

It says "there is a slight snag, check back in a few minutes or refresh the browser". I have tried both of those options as well as logging out and back in without resolution?

Assuming you are using TurboTax Online, please see the steps in the following links to clear your cache and cookies.

How to clear your cache

 

Once you have followed the steps in the links above, try logging back into TurboTax and try to submit your taxes again.

 

If you are using the desktop version of the software, try the following to update your software

  1. Select the Online menu at the top
  2. Then select Check for Updates.
