Why do I have to pay this? "Less Processor Refund Processing Fee $34.99" What does that mean and why is it randomly added at the end? Do I HAVE to choose this?

When you chose to pay your TurboTax Fees with your Federal Refund, the screen explained that you would be charged a $34.99 processing fee for that convenience.  Your other option was to pay with Credit or Debit card and no processing fee would apply.
