That is TurboTax checking over your return, and sending it. An e-file transmission issue is when your return doesn't go through after clicking Transmit Returns Now. It's a technical problem with your computer or internet connection. Ok, got it. I have never had this happen before. Usually if there is an issue it lets you know before you pay for the service. Also there was an option to take the money out of the return. why can't we do that anymore?
