Why can't I continue with my return from this point?

Please clarify:

• Are you in the program and it locked up?
• Is it that you can't get back into the program?
• Did you enter something and it keeps coming back to the same spot?

Also, describe what you were doing just before you had the problem.

What point?  Where are you stuck?  Nobody can see your return or account.  So we need a lot of details but nothing too personal.

Have you been able to resolve the issue?
