Why can't I access my return after logging in?

After I click on the Take me to my return button I get the following message. Oops! It appears there was a drop in our connection. Sorry about this! Sometimes the connection between your browser and our server can be dropped as it traverses the Internet.?

Were you able to access your return? There may have been a temporary issue that is more than likely resolved by now.
