Why am I not receiving updates

I purchased TurboTax on 01-18-2026 and installed it the same day. After entering all my information I got to the part to enter pension and 401 k information and it say still doing updates. Is anyone else having same issues

If you are using Windows go up to Online - Check for updates.   The 1099R IRA 401K section should be updated tomorrow.   Just keep checking for updates.

 

If you are on Mac just close then restart the program for it to update.

there are no updates to receive since the 18th.  check next few days.  everyone is waiting for the retirement section to open is not just you, hopefully next few days this saga will end.
