Whoops! We hit a snag loading your data. Please try again.

I am getting this message "Whoops! We hit a snag loading your data. Please try again." when trying to download TurboTax software for the year 2022.

 

I have tried Chrome as well as Safari browsers on my MacBook laptop. Also tried a second time after clearing browser/cache history. I am still getting the same error.
