Where is this Distribution From - New Jersey Distribution Amount

On the 1099R for my  DB  Pension , Box 16 State Distribution is 0  .  The TT question "Where is this distribution from - New Jersey Distribution amount box is shown with the full pension amount.  Should I enter 0 in this box the same as Box 16 on the 1099R.?

Not if NJ is your resident state.  The amount from box 2 (taxable amount of distribution) automatically flows to your resident return.  Then your answer to the question asking "Where is this distribution from?" will help determine if the distribution is taxable in NJ.  If you are under age 65 then typically disability benefits are not taxable to NJ.
