Can you please clarify what type of order number you are looking for?

trying to get my refund for desktop version

My order number for desktop version (automatic 2023 tax) charged to my American express account. My computer can not handle that new version. I will be doing Turbo tax online for 2023. A representative has sent me a form to get a refund for the charge to my AMX account.

Not sure what your question here is.   Do you need the form again to request a refund for the desktop software?

Where do I find my order number?

If you ordered a product, you should have received an e-mail with the order details.
