There is not a confirmation number since TurboTax does not pay any type of taxes owed, federal or state.
How did you pay the federal taxes owed? Mailed a check, direct debit from your bank account, credit card?
If by direct debit from your bank account, the bank routing number and account number you entered are sent with the filed federal tax return and the IRS debits your account based on the information you entered.
Look at the Filing Instructions page for your 2022 federal tax return as it will have the method you chose to pay the taxes owed.
To access your current or prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/
When you sign onto your online account and land on the Tax Home web page, scroll down and click on Add a state.
This will take you back to the 2022 online tax return.
Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen. Then click on Print Center. Then click on Print, save or preview this year's return.
Your only proof of payment is your bank statement or credit card showing the payment coming out. Turbo Tax only passes your bank account number to the IRS or state for them to take it out of your account. Maybe your account number was entered wrong. Double check your bank account and routing number with the bank. Or you were suppose to mail in a check.
