Where do i put my 1099 div?

Here's a shortcut to the Dividend Income section to enter a 1099-DIV:

Open your return, if not already open.
In the left menu column click on TAX TOOLS, then TOOLS.
In the Tools window, chose blue button TOPIC SEARCH.
Enter the term 1099-DIV without quotes.
In the topic list, find the highlighted term 1099-DIV (or select it, if not highlighted).
Then click GO.
Next screen asks: "Did you receive any dividend income?"
Continue through that interview.
