Where do I put 1095-B?

I have Medicare A and B and BC/BS Federal

A Form 1095-B is not entered on a federal tax return.  See this TurboTax support FAQ for a Form 1095-B - https://ttlc.intuit.com/questions/2920030-what-is-form-1095-b

In the Health Insurance section you should indicate that you had health care coverage for the whole year (if that was the case).  Then on the next screen indicate that you were Not enrolled in any of the plans shown on the screen.
