It says I need to enter the amount from line 4 of my 2020 form 2210, but I'm looking at last years return and I don't see this form anywhere.

You may not have had to file Form 2210 last year.
The amount on line 4 of your 2210 form last year would be the same as the amount on line 24 of your 2020 1040 minus the amount on line 32 of your 2020 1040.

Correct -- if there's no line 32 amount, you'd use line 24.

If line 32 is blank, does that mean I don't subtract anything from line 24 and use that number?
