Perhaps this may help.
To enter 1099-H (Health Coverage Tax Credit (HCTC) Advance Payments):
1. Open your return (or continue if open).
2. Type “taa” in
Search box (upper right-hand corner of the screen)
3. Click on “Jump to taa”
link.
4. Answer screen interview prompts.
