Where do I enter capital gain distributions manually?

This shows up on Schedule D, line 13

You cannot enter capital gains distributions manually using an online version of TurboTax since online versions do not support Forms Mode.

 

Line 13 of Schedule D is for capital gain distributions which can be entered in the Interest and Dividends section of the program (select Dividends on 1099-DIV and then enter your capital gain distributions in Box 2a).
