Did you receive a verification code from trying to login to the Answer Exchange forum?

I had asked a question regarding the calculations of Schedule A from Form 8995-A, Lines 9 & 10 being done incorrectly by Turbo Tax and how to resolve this if using the online version of TurboTax (my computer is too old to download it and manually adjust the form).

After my question, I received a text from "88811" telling me: "Your TurboTax AnswerXchange Code is 816948".

This is actually the 3rd code I have received. I have found others in the forum that have also received codes and they don't know what to do with them either.

This would be best resolved by clicking here to contact customer support.

Answer Xchange has been replaced by the Real Money Talk Support Community. All of the old information and answers were transferred over.  However, some of the information did not transfer over exactly as planned and some older answers may have incomplete or missing information.

Leave whatever information you have here and or post a new question (you can copy and paste the previous question) in the new TurboTax Community Forum.
