Yes, I did find a number to call and talked with a representative for quite a while but did not solve the underlying problem.
I think I have detected a security problem that needs resolving. All Intuit Turbo Tax email to my registered email address never arrives. I have, as asked, verified that the intuit.com address in in my Safe List for receiving email but it is not arriving. I can get in with my login in "name" but not with my email address since no verification code is ever received. I will enter this as a new question.
