Where do I add the 1095-C form?

Do I have to file the 1095-C form?

I have filed my taxes and received my refund.  I did not file my 1095C because I didn’t have it.  Now I do.  How do I amend my taxes to file this form?

A Form 1095-C is not entered on a tax return so there is no reason for you to amend the tax return that was filed.

You are not required to include your Form 1095-C with your federal return, as it is not used in Premium Tax Credit calculations like the Form 1095-A.  Keep it with your tax records but you will not need to enter any information into TurboTax.

If your state return requested health insurance information, please let us know in which state you are a resident.

No, for TY 2022, the 1095-B and 1095-C, from private insurance are not required to be entered as they have been in the past.

For 2022, only 1095-A from Obamacare is entered.

@Welshlynne59   did you get a 1095 A?  You do not enter  or report 1095 B or 1095 C.
