No.  They would each be filed independent of the other.

How can i see which way is more beneficial... i ca only see my info and not my spouse... how do i compare

You would need to prepare a return filing jointly, and then prepare a return filing separately - then you can compare which scenario gives you the best outcome and file that scenario/return.
