When will TurboTax customers get a stimulus check

Numerous TurboTax customers have already received their stimulus payments. 

The IRS has not given TurboTax any official guidance as to when stimulus payments for every taxpayer will be released. As long as you provided your direct deposit information/card information or mailing address information, you will receive the stimulus when it is released to you (as long as you otherwise qualify for it).

Also, the IRS rolled out the "Get My Payment" tool here. According to IRS.gov, you can use the "Get My Payment" application to:

• Check your payment status
• Confirm your payment type: direct deposit or check
• Enter your bank account information for direct deposit if the IRS doesn't  have your direct deposit information and if they haven't sent your payment yet.
• Receive paper check payments: If you moved since you last filed, let us know your new mailing address.

When I looked on the irs website it states “more information is needed (we are working on this)” What sort of information is required. I received the first check with no issues. As a low income individual, it places me in a situation. Others of a higher income  have received and spent their stimulus money. They have also used turbo tax for years. Why is my information so convoluted all of the sudden? I am in need and very emotional about the delay. I know it isn’t anyone’s fault personally, I just don’t understand what’s going on. 
Please if you could just tell me the information you believe they may need now? Not any of my information has changed since the Cares Act deposit.

I have the same message on mine.  I have read that we have to file our taxes before we will get this.  I hope this is not true
