Not sure that it will......It's not on the IL forms list for 2017, thus TTX may have decided not to support it (a likely one-year only form)....but no, I don't have a definitive answer.
It's unacceptable that your answer to an issue affecting everyone in Illinois is "Do it manually". I paid for your software to do my taxes. Doing things manually is NOT what I'm paying you for. On that note, having to open the previous year's version of Turbotax to verify AMT calculations is also ridiculous.

I'm another user...I have no control over what TTX decides to do.
I have a definitive response from the Developers just today.

The IL-1040 Schedule SA will not be supported by TTX for for 2017 IL taxes.
Thus, if you really want to use it, you will have to manually do it on paper forms, and mail in your IL forms .
Thus only the default blended tax calculation will be used by the TTX software.
(Or check with other software providers)
