When is the 1099-R section going to be available.?

Projected date is 1/21/2026.

Just checked today (1/21/2026) and it is still unavailable on TT 2025.  Who do we ask as to

availability?

latest estimate from Intuit reps here in other threads is late Friday (which could mean Saturday by the time you get a s/w update)

Today's update has resolved the issue in the 1099-R section. If you cannot reach it, follow these steps:

Online:

1. Log out of your return and try one or more of the following:
   • Don't use Internet Explorer.
   • Clear cache and cookies,
   • Sign in using a different browser.
   • Sign in using a different device.
2. Log back into your return.
   • Enter the information again.

Desktop version: 

1. Delete the form
2. Save your return while closing the program.
3. Update the program
4. Open
5. Enter the information again.

I updated this weekend Jan 24 (Desktop version).  I had a lot of trouble with the update screen freezing.  I followed your advice and cleared the history and cookies on my browser and shutdown the computer several times.  After several attempts, the update was completed.  Yes!  The 1099 section became available.  Thank you for the information.
