When I got to file it went into a loop

what do I do to file my returns , the program went into a loop?

Refresh your browser and clear out your cookies. If that doesn't work, try clearing your browser's cache. Then try logging out and logging back into TurboTax. You can also try using a different browser. The following FAQs will show you how to do it.
