When i file married jointly does my spouse also file

do i list his w2s on his own account filing jointly and then do i make my own account with my w2s filing jointly?

No.  You do not enter both of your information separately in two different accounts.  Instead, you will enter them including W-2s under ONLY one account, either yours or his whoever is the primary taxpayer on the past tax return. 

First of all, in the TurboTax program, 

-as you start entering your personal information by going through the step-by-step interview questions, 

-you will see a screen, "Let's confirm your marital status", check "Married"/ then

-answer "Yes" to the question," Do you want to file this return together with your spouse ?" and follow the prompts. 

Next, 

-At the right upper corner, in the search box , type in "W-2" and press Enter /

-Select the 1st choice on the search results - Jump to w-2 / and follow the prompts.
