Which one of those is it offering--efile or mail? Or does it offer nothing?
Did you by any chance choose the payment option of "Pay out of refund?" If so, that payment method requires efiling.
Are you getting any error messages?
Go through the REVIEW tab to see if there is a problem with forms that can't be efiled or any other messages.
