When are paper checks mailed?

I was reviewing my return and below my federal return it also says amount xxxx to be delivered by mail to my address. When do these get mailed out?

It takes about 4-6 weeks to receive your refund check by mail.

So I should get a check for the amount on my TurboTax then? I tried to review it on the IRS website and it said there weren't any records of a paper check

Yes, if it says amount delivered by mail then you will receive a refund check via mail.

I spoke with a representative from IRS and they told me I should get it within the next 3 weeks.

Is that your return or are you talking about mine? I mailed something in today and it said turn around times are 6 weeks to 4 months. So now it's the waiting game
