What to do with Form 3922

I participated in ESPP in 2024. I sold the stock and adjusted the cost basis for the shares using the supplemental info in my Form 1099. My company also sent me a Form 3922 but I don't know what to do with it. I didn't see any questions about Form 3922 as I was going through TurboTax.

You don't need to enter the Form 3922 in TurboTax. You would just use it to determine the cost basis to report for the company stock you sold. Since you have already done that, you don't need the form.
