what should I do, my license code not working? shows error code 606

I've entered license code several times and I keep getting error code 606. Thanks

TurboTax Error Code 606 means your 16-character license code is invalid.

To fix it, error code 606, 

  1. Carefully re-enter the code one more time,
  2. Be sure it matches the exact version purchased (Online vs. Desktop, Deluxe vs. Premier),
  3. Restart your computer, 
  4. Try running as administrator
  5. If problems persist, contact the customer support department at

Wrong. This is happening to lots of people. It happened to me today. You are implying human error. It is TurboTax error. So I finished elsewhere online in 20 minutes with zero errors. Furthermore, the contact is utterly useless as it connects to AI that is not AI but a bot with a few questions and answers. Then you are on hold forever.
