What is error message "Form 8615: Pqdivs is marked as estimated. . .". I get this when doing the final error check, and I can't find any estimated fields on Form 8615.

It sounds like you need to put in the exact dividend amount, rather than an estimate, have you tried this?

First, the error message said the problem was on Form 8615. There are no values entered on the 8615 (first box is checked), and right clicking on all of the empty boxes shows that none of them are inadvertently marked as estimated. Second, there are no dividends entered in any other form on this return. There were dividends last year, but this year the value is 0. When I look at "Interest and dividends -> Dividends on 1099-DIV" it shows "$0" for this year. When I click on the "Update" button, there are no 1099-DIV forms. When I create a fake 1099-DIV and then delete it nothing changes.

On the screenshot you attached, are you able to scroll down the form? The place of the error might be highlighted and you can adjust values there.
If that doesn't work, I know some errors are caused by empty fields that require a numerical zero (0) or fields with a numerical zero (0) which should be left blank.
The third option is to go back a little further in the software and review any questions that might be related. The 8615 is for children with unearned income. So questions relating to your kids or dependents  and / or income they earned may be triggering this.
If that still doesn't work, please let us know so we can try to assist you further.

1) Yes, I can scroll, but there is nothing highlighted beyond what is shown. The very first line, shown in the screenshot, appears to have the box on the right highlighted, but I'm not sure.
2) I can't find any empty fields to put a 0 in! All the fields on this form are filled or emptied automatically when you check or uncheck the box on the first line. Also looked through the forms list for any forms that might have dividend info and couldn't find any (except as mentioned below).
3) I have confirmed all of the dependent info and nothing has changed.

I have also gone to the forms section and insured that the Schedule B has no blanks for dividends (I entered 0 in all the blanks). The only info on the Schedule B is interest from a 1099-INT, and the 1099-INT has no blank dividend spots. No other dividend blanks to be found.

I give up. Going to have to file without fixing this

It won't let me file electronically without fixing this.

Yes! Deleting and restoring the 8615 worked. I was able to file electronically. Thanks so much.
